We welcome your interest in our apartments. To make finding your new apartment easier we’ve outlined our criteria for residency and the rental application process.

Criteria for Residency

We select our residents based on several criteria. Some of these are:

• A verifiable income
• No co-signers
• No BAD CREDIT
• Pay no more than 40% of net income for rent
  

We do not allow co-signers. You must qualify based on your own income and
credit history.

Other Factors

In addition, we have a No Pet and No Smoking Policy at most of our properties.

Attending an Open House

Attending an open house to view an available apartment is a required step in the Lantz Properties apartment rental process. You cannot rent an apartment from us without viewing it first. Each applicant is required to view the apartment in order to receive an application.

Obtaining an Application to Rent

A Lantz Properties representative will provide an Application to Rent at the
open house.

Completing the Rental Application (No Application Fee Required)

Each adult, 18 years of age or older, is required to complete an application to rent.
